Hero Arts

The challenge this week was to use dots. So I pulled out my new russian doll stamps and used the dotty scalloped border and scalloped circle on this card for my friend Jane whose b'day it is today.

52 weeks

I've yet to scrap my pic from the week before but here is last weeks one.

Missy wasn't feeling too well at school on Thursday so she came home early and vegged on the couch for most of the afternoon. Yeap my cheeky crossed eyed girl and her cat too.

Blog rak

Finally I got around to taking a photo of the rak I have up for grabs.A bundle of papers, a mix of old and new, some pre loved stamps and a new one as well that I ended up with a double of, a bag with a few ribbons and embellies in, some hand made cards, rubons and whatever else I may decide to pop in before taping it up for postage.

Seeing as I was a bit late in posting the photo of the rak I am going to keep it open till the 31st May. For details for of what you need to do to be included in the draw check out the blog rak link at the top of this section of the post.

Scrapping the music

This weeks song is Secret Valentine by We the kings. When going through the lyrics I found it pretty hard trying to pick out something to use and then I rememeber this photo I took of Asher jumping up and down in excitement when they called out for any flounders caught in the swan fish she entered a few months ago with Craig. Shy is so not a word I would use to describe my Missy. lol

Purple Onion

I emailed my Purple Onion April samples over to Michelle durring the week and she gave me the go ahead to post them.

On this one I used the Hopscotch alphabet, Scallops and Filigree corner.

Basic Grey papers

On this card I used the Scallops again to form a flower.

Kraft and Bazzil cardstock,Basic grey paper, Prima leaves and flowers, Hambly transperancy,American Craft letters,Kaiser Craft pearls.

On this one I used the Hopscotch aplha and the Delux labels.

Now this is something I did up for last months samples. It contains 4 small thank you cards and it will be part of a rak that I'll be posting out to one of my blog readers.
