blind scrapping and a show case layout.

This week over at Scrap Therapy the blind scrap made a big come back. The girls had a few giggles in amongst all the chat and Mandy had to send several to the time out chair for being cheeky. You can see Mandy's layout which she based the blind scrap on and the girls layouts who played along in the gallery here.

Here is mine.

This is Missy all dressed as the Easter bunny on free dress day before they broke up for the school holidays.

One of my favorite things to do lately is make banners and I love Mandy's version here with the row of buttons. Makes it look like there is a string of lanterns as well as a banner.

And do you want to know the good news. Blind scrapping is going to be a regular monthly event so stay tuned for the details of the next one.

It is also the last weekend of the month so we had the last of our last Teresa Collins showcases revealed.

New glasses.

I took this not long after Missy got her new glasses. She was so excited to get them as it was the first time I actually let her pick them out.

There isn't long for you to get your April challenge entries up into the gallery. The gallery has been overflowing with some gorgeous projects.

Well that is it from me for now. Till next time, thanks for popping in, any comments and happy creating.

Pop on over to find out the challenge, who this months sponsor is and a little bonus for the winner as well.

I pulled out my copics the other day to do a card up for a challenge over at Challenge Masters.

This is one of my fav CC designs stamps.

Colours I have used.

That is it from me for now.
As always thanks for popping in, any comments and happy creating.

It's been a while

since I scrapped our 4 legged princess and while scrapping the other day I pulled out a photo of her very comfy claiming the bean bag as hers.

It's all yours.
Miss Reenie has a habbit of finding any comfy spot and claiming it. Quite often I will go to roll over in the night only to find that Reenie has managed to snuggle down under the covers and is sleeping right next to me. She has also been caught catnapping on the top of my reel cases where I have most of my scrappy stash dtored if I leave it out on the bench or table over night.

I have done this one up for a challenge over at Challenge masters.

I also managed to get some dt work for Just scrapbooking out of the way and it was an added bonus that I was able to do up a heritage layout for a future class with my monthly dt pack so I killed two birds with one stone so to speak. Here is one of the layouts as I can't share the class one until after the class.

Your smile.

This is the gorgeous Miss Lucy, my friend Lou's little girl.

I have got some other stuff that I can't share just now as it is for up coming dt work but will share when I can.

As always thanks for popping in, any comments and happy scrapping.

Need some Prima

Then pop on over to Therapy as they are having a Prima sale and I am sure that the goodies won't be there for long.

New stamps.

Over at Purple Onion.

There is a new mini stamp release for Easter & Spring on the website.

You can click here to see the other adorable stamps in the collection. All the designs are from one of my favorite doodlers...Stephanie Ackerman! Stephanie was the first artist besides myself to design stamps for Purple Onion Designs. I am so glad she is back with us designing stamps. Stay tuned, there is much more to come from Stephanie.

Sentiment sale

The other news for today is a great sentiment sale! Almost every individual sentiment is on sale for $1 or $2!! A sale like this is the perfect way to expand your sentiment assortment. If you are tired of the same old sentiments then liven up your collection with a few new inexpensive additions. Special sale pages have been created for this sale. You can view them here. They say

that good news comes in threes. Well for me that is right at the moment. I have added a new link into my side bar over there. I applied for a spot on the Sketches 2 scrapbook card and layouts teams and was lucky enough to get onto the layout one. Can't wait to get to work on my first sketches for them.

Some news to share

As some of you may already know I stepped down from my postilion on the Lime Tart design team. I have been a part of the team for nearly two years and I felt that it was time for me to move on. Thanks heaps for your faith in my work and for having me on the team Philippa.

Here are two of my last projects for them.

How tweet it is.

Best buds.

And as the saying goes, One door closes and another opens. Well two in this case. lol

That is what happened after I made my mind about leaving Lime Tart, Lee Anne from Scrap Therapy asked me if I would return as a design team member . Therapy was my first online forum dt and it was nice to be asked to return home so to speak. What was even nicer was to find out that one of  Therapy's members, Deb, whose work I have always admired was joining the team along with Mandy, who like me was returning home. Mandy and I have crossed paths in a few dt places before but Therapy was the first and it was where our online friendship blossomed into what it is we have today.

Here is something I have done for the Man of the month showcase that was posted last night. Yes Man of the Month or MOM has returned. I won't tell you what it is though as you will have to pop on over and check that out for yourself.

Love adore card set.

Terri over at Challenge Masters also asked me to come on board as one of the challenge diva's. I will be running a "Scrapping the girls" challenge and a "Card and tag challenge" each month.

Here is what I have done for the "Scrapping the girls" challenge.

but we will need to wait a few weeks for the "Card and tag "challenge.

Well I think that is all from me for now. I really need to get of my but and do some housework.

Till next time, as always thanks for popping in, any comments and happy creating.
