What a week.

It has been a busy week out here and in a way I was glad that it was as it was a sad one too with a funeral on Thursday.

A close friend of ours, mother passed away last weekend. Asher wanted to go along to the funeral but we didn't think that it was apropriate so she did a drawing for Nana Helen, as she called her instead.

Here is some of the scrapping that I have done that can be shared.

I managed to do some scrapping last night after Missy beat me in our first official monopoly challenge. She now is the proud owner of the Dudley monopoly champ card which will get handed over to whoever wins the next challenge.

It's reveal time

over at Scrap Therapy that is, or it was last night.

Here is what I have done for a part of this weeks showcase.

Cheeky puppies.
An album for a friend who has recently got her self a blue healer puppy. The reason why it has puppies on the cover. Well her daughter got one from the same little. Two ever so cheeky sisters. I have more photos loaded into the forum here.

This was taken not long after Jane and Jim got her and she has grown so much. I've not met Bella, her sister yet.

Some scrapping and photos.

I can finally share some pages that I have had up my sleeve for a while. I have created these two layouts as part of a banner showcase for Scrap Therapy using papers and stamps for this months manufacturer My Minds Eye which was revealed on Friday night.

I also want to share a few photos from today. Mothers day.

Here is one that I got Craig to take first thing this morning. I had forgotten to set the camera up the night before using Tiff's tips, which you can find here in the forum, so I got him to take a few snaps on P and the rest on auto. This is a P one.



Yes I am finally starting to think about playing with the settings on my camera. lol It has taken me long enough and I may even get more adventurous with the help of Tiff and my digital photography for dummies book that I got for mothers day.

After breakie in bed this morning Missy and myself joined in with a game of Bingo over at challenge masters and she beat me. She split the 10 words I had picked out into 5 each and all hers got called out before mine. With that win under her belt she wanted to play monopoly deal and she won that 3 nil.



After popping in to see both sets of parents and having a late lunch we came home and we snapped a few photos out side.



When Missy wanted to take a few pics of me I couldn't help but do her trick and stick my tongue out. It was so funny to hear her say "Put that away" as that is what I always have to say.

May Purple Onion projects

I have been having a stamping few days after receiving my new Purple Onion stamps in the mail last week. So much that I have managed to do my samples for this month early and a few more projects that I can't share just now.

How tweet it is.


I just love the new birdhouse stamp and knew that I was going to have fun with it and all the banners too.

The bird house has been stamped up several times and paper pieced. When I was playing around with it on the layout I wanted a taller pole so I used the cut of cream pole and turned it into a ledge and added another brown pole section.

I have used these stamps.
