Blind scrapping a blog award and other stuff

Therapy happenings

I was the lucky one that got to running the DT blind scrap on Wednesday night and this is the layout I based my instructions on.

It was a pretty busy night here for me with Jane and Christine over scrapping, DH not feeling all that great with a migrane, DD wanting me, me trying to talk to the girls both at home and on the computer and Jane wanting a coffee all at the same time I got a bit flustered at one point and missed out one of the steps. lol lucky for me the girls picked it up pretty quickly and I gave them all a few laughs.

Cybercropping in cyber space.

Yeap it is that time of the month again when we all put on our comfy pjs and plan take away for tea. Clues will be going up from tomorrow in here. We have got some super challenges planned for you all.

To make things even more fun we will be having a Super Sunday. The new Man of the month and monthly challenges will all be announced. I am sure that you will love the Man of the month. I know I do.

Other stuff

Well the winners of the Slice of life comp over at the scrapbook shelf were announced on Friday night. Congrats to Ree, Lee anne and Sandy. Great work girls. I came away with an honourable mention and a voucher to the shop.

This weeks challenge over at the Hero Arts blog wasto make mini albums. Lisa popped up a few videos on making several albums and I made up this from one of them.

All made with one sheet of 12 by 12 paper. Drove me crazy as the folds were not quite meetingup rightb ut I managed to work around it in the end.

One of the girls I have gotten to know well over in the Hero Arts flicker group Gigi has given me this blog award. Thanks honey. Pop on over and check out her blog at Society of stamper and scrapaholics. She has such a way with words and always manages to make me laugh.

Scrapping the music page and some yummies too

This weeks song over at Scrapping the music is Don't Give Up by Eagle Eye Cherry. It took me a while to work out just what I was going to do with but after listening to it a few times the We must believe part of the song really grabbed me. I found this pic of Asher not liking her lacey leggings taken last year when we didn't know that she is over sensitive to certain clothes. Now that we know this and that she has ADD we must believe that things will get beter now that we know there are reasons behind her special personality.

If you would like to get your hands on some of these you had better pop on over to the new thickers section in the shop as they are literaly flying out the door. I've been in and shopped for some to add to my stash.

What a week

Yeap it has been a busy one out here.

I changed rooms at work recently and am finding my feet with the children and such, Asher hasn't been all that well, a bit snuffly and very grumpy. We have had two real big tanties this week. She has really been pushing the wrong buttons lately.

Mum and Dad are home from their holiday a few days early as they had an accident in the car. Thankfully they are both ok. I have seen some pics of the car after the accident and it is a mess and have already told mum that I may just scrap them.

Therapy news

Narelle set a photography challenge this weekend and one of the challenegs was to take a photo of either a bucket or a dasiy to fit in with the Dasiy Bucket theme so I sent Asher of to get one of her many toy buckets, found a dasiy looking weed in the garden and snapped a few pics.

I also had a play around with some more Dasiy Bucket goodies this weekend and did my August calendar page. If you likeDaisy Bucket papers pop on over and grab some while they are on special this month as part of the Man of the month promotion. Keep an eye out in the forum too for next months man of the month. I so can't wait to share what it is as it is a fav range of mine just now.

Blind scrapping is on this wednesday night. So hope that you can come along and join me in the fun and Relsi is holding a Fathers day clock class on Sunday as well and if you would like a kit they are up in the shop in both a brown and cream or a red and blue option.

I've managed to do up two cards this weekend. One for the Hero Arts blog and the other for a cybercrop that I joined in on.

I've got a new home

after I had Craig look into a few things on my old blog and why I couldn't change to the new set up and he took it upon him self to change it after me telling him not too and I lost all my links.
