My scrappy mojo is back.

I managed to do some scrapping this weekend. Something for me to share now and something for later.

Here is my now share.

Kissing long hair goodbye.

I created this for the sketch over at Skissedillia using some goodies from the kit I put together inspired by this months kit over at Counterfeit kits.

While playing around with the background for my photos I had some washi tape down which was covered with a smear of paint to tone it down. I wasn't happy with how it looked so pulled up the washi which acted as a mask.

And my journaling. As much as I loved Asher's long hair I hated the daily battles we had getting her to look after it so after my nieces wedding we had it cut short.

Here is my kit that I put together for Counterfeit kits.

Inspired by this kit from Kits de Sommi.

I loved the red and blues but as hard as I tried to stick to it I ended up having to go with the minty greens instead of the blue as I didn't have as much blue in my stash as I thought.

_________________________________________________________________________________

Out here it was the first week back at school. Here are some pics of Asher. Not her first day, her second as she had a few little issues getting ready and we ran out of time for the photo.

A photo shoot with my girl wouldn't be normal without her wanting to do something silly so here she is pretending to be asleep

and balancing the chalk board on her head.

As always thanks for popping in, any comments and happy creating.
