Kiddie lit and another 52 week page.

Here is a little bit that I can share for now. More too come soon.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My latest page for this great challenge blog based on childrens story books. For this challenge we needed to be inspired by the book The giving tree by Shel Silverstein and use green, trees and the word giving on our project. This is a photo of Missy before heading out to school to give out her teachers easter gifts.

52 weeks.
Here is last weeks page. I so had to do a page with the Lets get shabby banner that Mandy scraped. All the girls are overwhelmed at the response our new venture has had since it went live a week ago. A big big thanks to all that have popped in and spread the shabby word on their blogs and forums. It really means a lot.

We are intorducing the shabby girls in the lead up to the first challenge on the 25th so pop on over and see just who has been introduced today. lol

I've seen the pages that the others have all done for our first challenge and all I will say is wow.

That is it from me for now. As always thanks for popping in, any comments and happy scrapping.

Great stuff Julie. As an ex-librarian I love the idea of using childrens books as inspiration to create pages. There is a lot of inspiration to be found in books and they are also a way to loose ourselves to the world for a while too.
